Instructional coaches support Blount County Schools teachers as they learn to fully utilize curriculum resources in their classrooms. Coaches are a liason between teachers and supervisors at the district level. Giving assistance to individual teachers as well as groups, our coaches seek to provide better instruction for students by facilitating teacher development.
