Troy Logan

Fiscal Administrator


Troy Logan was hired as the Blount County Schools Fiscal Administrator in September of 2000.

In this role, he develops, monitors and manages the district’s $100 million budget, overseeing payroll, purchasing, accounts payable and receivables, and the food service program. He is also responsible for management of capital improvements and facility maintenance operations.

Prior to joining BCS, Mr. Logan served as a internal audit services manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers from Jan. 1997-Aug. 2000; senior auditor for Lockheed Martin Energy Systems from Sept. 1991-Dec. 1996; and as staff accountant for McGladrey & Pullen from May 1987-Aug. 1991.

He holds a B.S. in Business Administration, Accounting from the University of Tennessee. He also holds an inactive license as a certified public accountant.
