"The Clock"
History: Since this constellation represents a clock, it is clearly a newer constellation, and, in fact, a very inconspicuous one found in the Southern Hemisphere. Like many of the newer constellations in the Southern Hemisphere, this one was first described by Abbe Nicholas Louis de Lacaille from the Cape of Good Hope during the years 1751 through 1753.
