Squadron Commander
The Squadron Commander is responsible for command and control of the squadron, his or her staff and their subordinate commanders. They will ensure the appearance, discipline, efficiency, training, and conduct of the squadron is maintained to the highest standards.
Assist the Senior Aerospace Science Instructor (SASI) and Aerospace Science Instructor (ASI) during the accomplishment of the leadership labs and ensure all members of the squadron have the opportunity to develop leadership commensurate with their individual abilities.
Responsible for identifying and establishing goals to be attained by his or staff, subordinate commanders, and other members of the squadron; inspecting all squadron activities as scheduled and discussing such inspections at scheduled staff meetings.
