Senior Aerospace Science Instructor
The Senior Aerospace Science Instructor for the Heritage High TN-791 AFJROTC Squadron is Lieutenant Colonel Keith Turner. Lt Col Turner works hand in hand with CMSgt Eades and is responsible for over seeing, and coordinating all squadron approved events, functions, and activities. He teaches cadets in Physical Health and Wellness along with three different Aerospace Science courses. He was on active duty for 14 years and spent the last nine plus years before retirement in the Georgia Air National Guard. Lt Col Turner is a command pilot with over 6000 hours flying time in 10 different aircraft.

Aerospace Science Instructor
The Aerospace Science Instructor for the Heritage High TN-791 AFJROTC Squadron is Chief Master Sergeant Ronald Eades. While on active duty Chief Eades served as an Air Traffic Control Superintendent of both Air Traffic Control Towers and Radar Approach Control facilities. CMSgt Eades has been with the program for almost 20 years. Chief Eades coordinates and instructs the cadets in proper drill and ceremonies that teach discipline and respect to one another. He teaches the leadership portion of the ROTC class as well as health and basic fitness.
Chief also facilitates the issuing of uniforms to the cadets and inventorying of the swamp (equipment depot).He also manages the electronic and computer equipment of the cadet staff.
