First Sergeant
The First Sergeant is responsible for the morale, discipline, and welfare of enlisted cadets. They provide direct support to the ASI in the conduct of leadership labs and hold periodic NCO staff meetings. They ensure all cadets within the squadron complete drill and ceremonies efficiently by providing supervision and direction as the Squadron Guide.
