Honor Guard

The Honor Guard Commander is responsible for monitoring the Honor Guard schedule to insure all activities are coordinated with the unit activities. Such as, the squadron parades, football games, and basketball games. Any requests for performances are approved by the unit commander and coordinated with the SASI/ASI.

They insure all proper protocol is being observed and that all visitors to the unit are properly escorted and receive all customs and courtesies they are entitled to. They manage the Honor Guard resources to include equitable scheduling of members for performances and proper training of individuals to ensure they are qualified. To maintaining accurate records of member's attendance at training and performances to ensure proper credit is received for the award of honor guard cords, service ribbon, drill team and color guard bars, and school letter points.
