	Track Practice Info
	Our Frist Practice is February 19. Make sure you bring your Physical. If you don't have a physical by February 19, you still need to come to practice. Make sure you have a letter in the office saying you can walk to the high school before the first practice. Maek sure you dress warmly. Make sure your parents know to pic you up at the high School Football Stadium at 5 pm. Everyone needs to change in the 7th grade bathrooms and then wait for me in my room, Room 709, for me to dismiss you. Everyone will walk down to the high school together, after I say it's okay.
